SECURITY EXERCISE AT THE PORT FACILITY OF AET-TITAN DREPANO ACHAIA

On October 22, 2025, the annual Security Exercise was held at the AET-TITAN Port Facility in Drepano, Achaia, in the form of an “Operational Exercise”.

The demanding scenario combined with adverse weather conditions (rain, wind) made the progress of the Exercise difficult, but it was successfully completed in very good and completely realistic times, as it was the goal of this type of Exercise.

The Exercise was coordinated by a modern Incident Command Center, giving the participating heads of State Services full visual coverage and remote control of the Port Facility and the points of development of potential incidents.

The participating representatives and executives of the Coast Guard, Hellenic Police and Fire Services demonstrated once again the high level of training and preparedness.

At the same time, points that need further improvement were recorded for the better preparedness of the Port Facility in the event of a real incident.
